Palmerian citizenship is a document obtained to naturalize with The Holy Kingdom of The Palms and access any territory.

Category

Palmerian citizenship has different categories:

Pre-citizenship

Prior to the 21st of December, 2012, there is no full citizenship available for members of the project yet. Once pre-citizenship is granted to the individual, he/she has permission to access any of the future states of The Holy Kingdom of The Palms at any time. After the 21st of December, 2012, pre-citizenship could automatically be upgraded to full citizenship, depending on the member status of the individual.

Category-1

Members of the human species are granted Category-1 citizenship, which applies human rights to the individual.

Category-2

Members of the cat, dog and horse species are granted Category-2 citizenship, which applies animal rights to the individual non-human. Ownership of Category-2 citizens by Category-1 citizens is going to be abolished in The Holy Kingdom of The Palms and will lead to the creation of a "Category-2 civilization", with the goal of giving cats, dogs and horses independence from humans, as well as dealing with problems of overpopulation as an alternative to animal euthanasia. The "Category-2 civilization" will involve land reclamation and the establishment of a city built entirely for the purpose of sustaining cat, dog and horse populations rather than keeping them in shelters and relying on adoptions by Category-1 citizens.

Category-3

All mammals besides humans, cats, dogs and horses are applied Category-3 citizenship unless they are part of wildlife. This abolishes ownership of Category-3 citizens by Category-1 citizens as well. Category-3 citizens might be transferred to a "Category-3 civilization" as well to avoid deaths.
